Our Products
We sell live plants and related products for delivery within the UK.
As live plants are natural products, there may be slight variations in size, shape, colour, growth stage and appearance. Product images are for guidance only, although we will always aim to supply plants that are healthy, correctly described and of good quality.
Ordering
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.
Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
•    the product is unavailable;
•    there has been an error in the price or product description;
•    payment has not been authorised;
•    we are unable to deliver to the address provided;
•    we believe the order may be fraudulent or unsuitable.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund.
Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Prices may change from time to time, but any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on our website.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. As plants are seasonal and living products, availability may change quickly.
If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative, a delayed dispatch or a refund.
Delivery
We will aim to dispatch orders within the timescales shown on our website. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details or where no one is available to receive the parcel.
Live plants should be unpacked as soon as possible after delivery.
Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for the products passes to you once they have been delivered to the address provided.

If your plants arrive damaged, faulty or in poor condition, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photographs of the plant, packaging and delivery label.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or partial refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a refund.
Because live plants are perishable goods and may deteriorate quickly once dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases of live plants once they have been dispatched.
For non-perishable products, customers may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the item is returned unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Plant Care
We take care to send plants in good condition. Once delivered, plants must be unpacked promptly and cared for according to their needs.
We cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by delayed unpacking, unsuitable temperatures, lack of water, incorrect planting, poor aftercare, neglect or damage after delivery.
